Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Quality content availability with regard to Banners, Navigations promotions and offers for ecommerce website
- Prepare QA use cases for all site properties, new features and train the team on same
- Create SOP manuals for teams to follow for site validation
- Drive timely delivery of all campaigns with air tight quality matrix in place
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for website changes
- Rollout all sale changes on time as per the marketing calendar
- Troubleshoot website bugs and issues in liaison with Tech and Business stakeholders
- Build key stakeholder relationships both at partner brands & Tata Digital
- Provide business inputs to the Site Marketing Team.
- Analysis and MIS reports for various site operations processes and customer insights
- Communicate clearly the progress of category performance on the TD platform and work with brand partners to ensure merchandising as per plan.
- Develop an understanding of the brand partner industry and business nuances.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in web content validation and verification for a large scale ecommerce organization
- Managed large scale campaign refreshes
- Application Testing, digital content QA and Team Building.
- Problem solving skills and self driven
- Excellent critical thinking, operational excellence skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
- Experience in large scale and complex site merchandising operations.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation and influencing skills
