Manager - Finance, Beverages Operations & PM Procurement


Role Objectives:

Overall Responsibility of Business Partner & Finance controller for TCPL Beverages Operations and Packing Material Procurement team

Key Responsibilities :

BUSINESS PARTNERING:

- Monitor & Control Operations Beverages (Rs. 200 Cr),PM Cost ( 450 Cr) & discuss variances/deviations with the respective teams and report on exceptions which have an impact on the P&L.


- Provide useful financial insights to Operations and PM procurement team to make better decisions for formulating and executing strategy.


- Providing support on ad-hoc data analysis & recommendations to support key decisions to stakeholders.


- Manage the monthly financial close process for Operations.


- Evaluates key proposals on change in the networks like opening of new factory. Supporting Operations and PM procurement team with actionable MIS on key metrics.


- Support operations and Procurement team in their improvement projects including digital journey.


- Review all Internal Audit & Statutory auditors reports and ensure compliance in area of Operations and PM procurement team.


- Participate in the 3P contract negotiations along with operations team, ensure process controls and highlight cost implications.Regular visit to plants for overseeing control.


Desired Candidate Profile/Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in Candidates having Supply Chain Finance experience. Strong Analytical ability & penchant for analyzing numbers


- Good with Microsoft excel skills and having experience with tools like SAP BI, Power BI or any other any other data analytical tools.


- Has working knowledge on taxation and accounting principles.


- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills


- Has managed delivery- by working as a lead with atleast 2 personnel reporting to her/him Good understanding and working knowledge in SAP
