Tata Consumer Products - Executive - Trade Marketing - Channel Loyalty (1-2 yrs)
Role Objectives:
Help run the operations for the TCPL Channel Loyalty Programs by assisting in planning and execution of the Program by channel in close coordination with the regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help the Head of Channel Loyalty Program in seamless execution of the programs
- Execute and manage the networks for payout, dashboarding, engagement, rewards & recognition
- Provide regular market feedback to the management with regards of competition, brand position, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Work closely with the central Trade Marketing team and the Category teams to ensure proper cycle planning and execution in the market
- Ensue strong ROI on the program
- Deliver on the Performance KPIs such as Sales Achievement, Numerical Achievement, Lines per outlet and Focus Products KPIs and service
Desired Experience Level & Qualifications:
- Passionate, data savvy and execution-oriented
- Comfortable with handling ambiguity
- Strong people skills and ability to work with a large sales system to drive the agenda
- MBA with 1-2 years of work experience.
