What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

1. Financial Outcomes:

Resourcing: Enable talent engagement and thereby retention. Build a talent pipeline with the right skills and experiences to grow the business by identifying and nurturing talent. Ensure hiring TAT & build talent pipeline in partnership with TA and TM team. Shape and enable a winning growth mindset that drives performance and engagement of a diverse and inclusive workforce, through digitally enabled people processes and systems.

2. Customer Service:

Workforce Engagement & Diversity: Drive engagement interventions to understand the pulse of the business teams and construct action plans based on the feedback. Ensure regular connect with the team through one on one and group meetings with an aim to understand issues and chalk out plans to correct them. Manage employee issues pertaining to disciplinary matters and grievance handling. Design/deliver organizational change/restructures as per the need of the business. Drive initiatives and interventions towards DEI.

3. Internal Processes:

People Process: Collaborate with COE teams to effectively drive people processes such as hiring, onboarding & induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, succession planning, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion agenda and compliances.

4. Innovation and Learning

Capability Development Facilitating in identifying and executing training needs. Deliver on Capability Development with clear focus on business impact.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

- Master's degree in General Management/Human Resources

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience

- Strong business acumen and in depth understanding of strategic people processes.

- Experience in partnering with senior business leaders in driving people agenda.

- Strong analytical & business communication skills, stakeholder engagement, collaborative mindset

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and marketing domain. Understanding of business challenges and opportunities.
