Associate Manager/Manager - Digital HR & Analytics

Role Objectives - Driving the maturity of HR Tech on time and delivering on aligned objectives

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive HRIS tech and analytics for the group: Carry out all system upgrades, system additions and implementation in partnership with the vendors/SAP- Work alongside the external vendors to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS Design and perform analysis to ensure data integrity in system

- Create user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation of HRIS modules

- Anchoring the Global HRIS maintenance and managing employee data assisting in report generation and data mining

- Steers forward the HR analytics agenda for the HR team - work with Digital team on building world class HR analytics function

Desired Candidate Profile/Experience :

Candidate should have the following skillsets:

Innovation - Driving HR Tech projects on time and delivering on aligned objectives innovatively

Process Optimization & Excellence Data Analytics High Collaboration skills

Desired Experience Level & Qualifications :

3-5 years experience in Reporting, HR Digitization, SAP Success Factors
