Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore  Role And Responsibilities :   - Engaging directly with customers and channel partners to achieve topline sales of nutraceutical ingredients   - Building close relationships with CEOs, R&D Heads and Purchases Heads in different companies  - Detailed market mapping and lead generation for respective product categories   - Identify growth opportunities for new product development and ingredient innovation   - Building stronger customer service systems and tracking analysis that exceed industry   - Perform due diligence which would include dimensions of technology, regulatory landscape and size of opportunity  Standard :   - Conducting trials at customer ends and supporting them in product development through interactions with internal stakeholders   - Apply knowledge and innovation to offer customised solutions to customer and working with customer's technical team for new product development  Qualifications And Educational Requirements : Masters/Bachelors in Food Technology and MBA(Marketing)  Experience : 5 - 8 years of experience in sales of Nutraceuticals, Pharma excipients or food ingredients   Essential Attributes :   - Must have 5 to 10 years of selling branded and commodity ingredients within the food, nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals industry. An excellent sales and marketing strategist with an outstanding track record for exceeding sales and implementing marketing plans that drive results.   - Ability to travel extensively within India.   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
