Tata Capital - Vice President - Private Equity - Healthcare Fund

Key Objective of the Job : To assist the investment team in deal evaluation & execution

Major Deliverables :

- Deal Sourcing, Establishing Relationships with Investment Bankers, Companies in the Sectors

- Responsible for liaisoning with Investment Bankers and potential investee company managements

- Independently lead Business and Financial diligence of the transaction for possible investment

- Proficiency in analyzing financial models, Understanding approaches to valuations, drafting, research and leading all aspects of execution and feasibility analysis of new investment opportunities.

- Execution of transaction for closure & tracking performance of the investment post closure

Educational Qualification : Engineer/Pharma Specialization / MBA CA

Desired Experience : 6-8 years of past Private Equity or relevant experience

Specialized job competencies :

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Good presentation skills

- Good business evaluation skills (industry analysis, financial & valuation analysis); Understanding of Public Markets esp. companies in the Pharma and Healthcare Services sector

- Strong team player

- Analytical and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, organized in approach
