Major Deliverables: - P&L responsibility - Independently deliver annual fee income target - End to End execution of Syndication/Sell down transactions - Work closely with the Sales team to source & structure syndication/selldown transactions with an objective to maximize returns for the organization - Independently source syndication & debt advisory transactions so as to execute and generate fee income - Build & maintain relationships with market participants (PSU Banks, Private Banks, Infra NBFCs, IDFs, Govt. FIs) in the Infrastructure lending space - Develop relationships with DCM participants (MFs, Insurance Cos) so as to place NCDs for Infrastructure players in the Industry - Sharing of Market knowledge and sharing of best practices followed by market participants with the internal teams so as strengthen the credit quality of each transaction Other desired attributes: - Indepth domain knowledge of Infrastructure sector (Renewable Energy, Roads, etc) - Strong Credit bent of mind & Financial Analysis skills - Execution skills (Must have closed syndication/structured deals of various nature in the past) - Top of mind recall of PSU/Private Banks and Financial Institutions - Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines. - Undertake all other duties and projects (Industry presentations, Internal MIS, etc) as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time - Proficiency in preparation of Project Information Memorandum, Teaser Notes, Appraisal Report, Financial Modeling
