Job Purpose : Conceptualize, drive and establish the learning and talent management initiatives

Responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities :

- Develop a learning plan by conducting a TNI through productivity and skill gap analysis.

- Anchor the functional capability framework for Sales, Credit, Collections and Operations against specific improvements in productivity and skills sets.

- Create content internally by partnering with internal SMEs and ensuring the content is hosted on the LMS and is refurbhished in a timely manner.

- Facilitate knowledge management by ensuring content repository at an entity level in a timely manner.

- Evaluate effectiveness of the training programs by using key metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify opportunities for improvement as well as address employees- developmental needs.

- Liasion with internal and external knowledge partners and vendors for end to end facilitation, coordination and support.

- Organize Training Certifications and develop a based on internal trainers by conducting TTT (Train the Trainer) workshops while checking the quality of training content & delivery standardization.

- Plan, monitor and control the L&D budget and implement innovative measures of cost optimization

- Support in talent management initiatives and development plans

Functional Competencies :

Job Qualifications :

Graduate : Desired Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in core L&D with an experience of Talent Management is an advantage

Other desired attributes : Proficiency in MS Office (excel, Powerpoint & other tools) in order to be able to create content by self

Masters/Postgraduate : Yes (MBA in HR / PG in I/O Psychology)

Certifications : L&D and Talent certifications
