Tata Capital - Senior Manager - Learning & Development (2-6 yrs)

Core Responsibilities
Business & company knowledge
- Develop curricula, learning plan and content (WBT, ILT) for employees/associates after identifying training need within organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers.
- Assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs and help employees make the most of learning opportunities;
- Evaluate different HR initiatives continuously using key metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) to identify opportunities for improvement / developmental needs / employee engagement. Support the HR leadership and Business heads in developing and safeguarding people practices.
- Design a digital ecosystem to ensure and promote a culture of Employee Learning.
- Provide support to business leaders from understanding business needs, performance management and setting KPIs (Key Performance Index);
- Work with functional HRBP and specialized HR teams to review and streamline HR process and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness;
- Lead the learning function, managing the implementation of plans and strategies by maximizing the resource of the whole team and contracting with external partners as required to deliver on agreed plans.
- Review strategy & policy development and provide specialist, authoritative advice on the implications for the organization Change management.
- Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities by helping companies adjust to large-scale transitions
- Analyze statistics on key demographic trends and manage distribution of diversity reports and statistics to key stakeholders
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
