Job Purpose

The central operations team does back office processing for the business team with respect to LAS Operations; Operating Lease operations; Vendor Management; GL Reconciliation; Branch Servicing ( except HL) and Compliance. This role is required to oversee and ensure seamless processing of overall service deliverables within TAT.

Responsibilities

A) Core Responsibilities:

Process owner for all activities relating to Central Operations including LAS Operations; Operating Lease operations; Vendor Management; GL Reconciliation; Branch Servicing ( except HL) and Compliance

- Manage the DSA empanelment process along with key controls & reconciliations

- Ensure timely and correct DSA payouts for HL & HE

- Drive Internal customer satisfaction

- Management of retail and home Loan operations at central operations

- Ensure errorless processing of Terminations / part payments / cancellations / re-schedulements

- Responsible for the Management of KYC, CIBIL reporting & entire operational compliance

- Development and reengineering of operational process ; Identify and drive process improvement opportunities

- Management of files storage and movement

- Operating Lease management

- Oversee and ensure seamless processing of overall service deliverables within TAT.

- Support in seamless management of other operational activities and processes

- Review of MIS and other reports and initiate corrective action, if required

- Liase with other verticals and stakeholders for impending issues and concerns

- Liase with external vendors for ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's and impending issues

Team Management

- Responsible for setting goals and targets for the entire team

- Assist and guide the team leaders and managers in their routine activities and for managing complicated issues and escalations

- Ensure team members are updated on policy and process changes on an ongoing basis

- Manpower planning and ensure optimal utilization of available resources

B) Supplementary Responsibilities:

Facilitate smooth conduct and compliance of internal and external Audits.

Facilitate UAT and automation initiatives

C) Records/Trackers/Reports maintained by role:

Review of Trackers, reports and records on an ongoing basis

Oversee and ensure that periodic MIS is published to concerned stakeholders
