Tata Capital - Manager/Senior Manager - IT (4-10 yrs)

Key Objective of the Job:

- To support existing implementation of Treasury, MM (including services), FA, FI, PCA, Hyperion consolidation

- To work on Hyperion Budgeting implementation.

- To identify additional functionalities that could be used for business support (including the above modules).

- Identify new technologies / tools to support the organization and strategy implementation.

- Lead planning and / or implementation of projects and testing phases.

- Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements.

- Responsible for resolving or assisting in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.

- Develop methods to monitor project or area progress; and provide corrective supervision if necessary.

- Responsible in identifying process issues / challenges and solution.

- Responsible for optimizing cost.

- Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology.

- Ensure compliance with Company's information security policies and procedure.

- Ensure IT standards are being implemented at all levels.

- Maintain strong and trusted working relationships, effective communication with business leadership, vendors and other. Managing periodic service review with concern departments.

Major Deliverables:

- Development and Implementation of applications on time and within the budgeted costs.

- Evaluating effort estimate and project cost.

- Evaluation of BRD and provide optimal solution.

- Constant reviews of project status and circulate the status to senior management and project stakeholders.

- Ensuring there is no unnecessary scope creep.

- Minimizing the understanding gaps between requirement and expectations with stakeholders and developers.

- Support to existing live applications.

- Reviews of Change Requests and Defects of existing live applications.

- Evaluation of solution and efforts for change request.

- Optimization of available resources.
