Key Objective of the Job : - Knowledge of Process Standards and models - Review of existing Business Processes and drive process Re-engineering - Discuss and finalise the revised business process with the respective functional heads - Identification of Business process for automation - Derive the benefit expected on automating the process - Assist in the implementation on the automation process - Monitor the metrics identified during short listing of the process - Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks and resource requirements. - Responsible in identifying process issues / challenges and solution. - Responsible for optimizing cost. - Follow a defined, agreed upon project management methodology. - Ensure compliance with Company's information security policies and procedure. - Ensure IT standards are being implemented at all levels. - Maintain strong and trusted working relationships, effective communication with business leadership, vendors and other. Managing periodic service review with concern departments. Major Deliverables : - Identify and finalize the automation tool after consultation with vendors and internal evaluation - Development and Implementation of automation project on time and within the budgeted costs. - Evaluating effort estimate and project cost. - Constant reviews of project status and circulate the status to senior management and project stakeholders. - Ensuring there is no unnecessary scope creep. - Minimizing the understanding gaps between requirement and expectations with stakeholders and developers. - Optimization of available resources. - Handling of the automation tool post go live. - Vendor Management Educational Qualification :&nbsp; - Should be a graduate in Engineering (Computers / Electronics preferred) or MBA from a reputable institute with a minimum First Class. - Six sigma black belt Desired Experience : At least 2 implementation of Process Automation.
