Key Objectives of the Job :

Effective and proactive management of portfolio assets

Major Deliverables :

1. Overall maintenance of the health of the book.

2. Monitoring of critical cases & build relationships for soft collections.

3. Effective Monitoring on soft bucket MIS reporting NPA Management

4. Proactive engagement with borrower, other consortium members and other related entities to ensure project continues to achieve its milestones/stays healthy.

5. Legal Knowledge Arbitration, Section 9, 138 and other relevant provisions useful in Remedial Directing the team for effectiveness and results

6. Nurturing the team members through knowledge and upholding Cross functional co-ordination and effecting positive changes in the given function

7. Maintaining healthy portfolio

8. Geographical spread and control
