Tata Capital - Associate VP - Central Operations

Job Purpose

- To manage the overall portfolio of the central operations including transactions, quality and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

- Develop, refine and implement operations strategy of the Central Operations Processes ranging from DSA Pay-out, CERSAI, Insurance, Termination, Cancellation, Refund, Re-pricing, GL Reconciliation, TDS, Audit etc.

- Working with Business Solutions Group IT related activities including Business Requirement Gathering (BRD Process), Test Case Preparation, Coordination with Vendor, Perform the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Signing off BRD & UAT's and Implementation.

- Lead a central team to manage processes and ensure portfolio quality.

- Streamline operations by delegating tasks, setting objectives and motivating teams to work towards the goal.

- Interact closely with Credit/Sales/IT/Product and other stakeholders to align deliveries, drive efficiency and build consistency in processes.

- Ensure effective and efficient processing within TAT and meet SLAs as per service expectations as well as periodically review processes to maintain better operational and cost efficiency as well as maintenance of a quality control perspective.

- Effectively handle Construction finance portfolio, Subvention Portfolios.

- Monitor all Critical parameters, CERSAI registration and other compliance related activities.

- Engage with relevant stakeholders to deliver operational improvement projects that will improve upon current operational processes.

- Initiate process improvements in terms of simplification of operations for customer delight within preview of regulations.

- Devise and implement effective measures to work towards a zero-defect environment
