Major Deliverables:

1. Portfolio monitoring including emerging risks through early warning indicators (account reviews) as well as regular portfolio analysis.

2. Timely preparation of Risk Management Committee dashboards, other analysis/items being presented to Board/Senior Management Committees (includes regular data to be obtained from central risk team)

3. Ensuring compliance with all Risk policies and limits, account conduct to ensure adequate control over exposures.

4. Drafting and approval of policies to align with the overall Risk appetite of the organization and as per regulatory reporting and guidelines.

5. Credit appraisal of proposals (including improving the quality of credit evaluation) along with preparation of risk notes and minutes preparation.

6. Compliance with Regulatory reporting (CRIL C, SMA etc) on a regular basis

7. Ensuring compliance with internal rating framework for all accounts

8. Regular contribution towards system/other developments such as rating models, score cards, internal rating framework etc.

9. Coordinating and providing information as required by internal/statutory auditors and RBI.

10. Interaction with other risk verticals of operational, marker and Enterprise Risk for information required by them and any other initiatives/special projects.

Specialized job competencies:

1. Portfolio quality to be maintained.

2. Regulatory reporting as required under RBI guidelines.

3. Regular updation of various policies, DOA etc

4. Continuous monitoring of portfolio with timely escalations of any early warning indicators/stress triggers.

5. Risk Management Committee presentation highlighting key risks/emerging concern areas

6. Compliance with all regulatory norms/internal policies and limits

7. Underwriting of cases with preparation of board risk notes

8. Internal rating management and reporting (Providing regular data to other stakeholders (Finance team for ECL etc)

Desired Experience:

1. Strong financial and credit understanding in appraising infrastructure transactions

2. Knowledge about various regulatory guidelines/changes

3. Ability to interact with senior management and present key policies/changes on regular basis

4. Strong sector knowledge

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Well informed about macro, industry and sector developments.
