Tata BlueScope Steel - Manager - Direct Sales (8-10 yrs)
- Execution of strategies formulated for the business to achieve sales targets and market expansion in the region
- Collect market information related to upcoming projects and competitors' movement for formation of regional strategy.
- Conduct regular travel in the region to meet the key influencers (architects and consultants) and customers to drive sales
- Initiate sales for new Lysaght profiles in the region in order to achieve business results
- Maintain relationships with architects and consultants who are influencers for brand maximization in the market
- Work closely with the supply chain department for inventory management to cater to the market demands of Lysaght products
- Regularly follow up and collect receivables from clients and process on-time to ensure zero bad debts
- Ensuring inventory is maintained and controlled to execute delivery on time
- Participate in construction events & exhibitions in order to create brand awareness in the market
- Work closely with market development team to specify & convert the sales through key influencers, architect and consultants
- Coordinate Customers complaints for timely grievance resolution.
Education and Experience:
Graduate Engineer with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience
MBA (Desirable)
