Tata AIG - Product & Strategy Role - Affinity/Banca/OEM Vertical - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (7-13 yrs)
Leading the Product and Strategy for the retail vertical of Consumer Lines of Businesses for TATA AIG General Insurance.This vertical has over 5,000 Cr of business each year.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Define the go-to-market strategy for the retail products of insurance like Travel, Health, PA, Auto etc.
- Should focus on increasing team performance by forming an effective performance matrix
- Designing initiatives for agent engagement and customer engagement models
- Driving targets for increasing sales and overall performance
- Designing innovative rewards and recognition program to increase team motivation
- Creating an expansion strategy for the vertical
- Manage the Channel Strategy for the business
- Contribute to re-designing the product and processes
- Managing the management information systems, preparing dashboards
Atleast 7-13 years in handling critical and strategy roles
Insurance candidates preferred
Full time Masters Degree from Tier 1 institute in mandatory
