TATA AIG Insurance - National Training Manager- Chief Manager Roles and responsibilities: - Deciding monthly training calendar on basis of annual training plan, Channel Partner Activation, Branch coverage &amp; Productivity - Execution of the training plan (Travelling for Training to HOM Market) - New Employee training &amp; handholding process for activation - Content Development - Driving Key Initiative Like Induction, Selling Skills, Objection Handling etc - Driving Digital Learning via LMS &amp; Webinar - Training need identification - Gap between present &amp; desired state - Identification of business challenges - Standardization of content - Presentations, FG, PG - Feedback, Assessment sheets to be created &amp; implemented - Constant enhancement of Subject knowledge - Gathering real life / business scenarios to make the program relevant for audience - Appropriate selection of target audience - Effectiveness of delivery - Audience engagement - Set up coaching system to ensure meeting of business objectives - Managing and developing team KPI: 1. Ensure training delivery as per agreed standards 2. To ensure training measures are achieved Like Sales Business Productivity &amp; Branch/Channel Business Achievement 3.
