The role incumbent has work on ideation, conceptualizing and implementation of various digital marketing campaigns for Tata AIG. to ensure media plan is executed to achieve e-business targets Media and Analytics Management Duties - Manage Business Generation / P&L through social media, Search, Content, Native Advertising campaign - Interaction with contact center teams for conversions on leads Analyze dispositions, Contact ability &amp; quality check for calls to improve closures - Interaction with Website/IT teams for conversions on leads on customer portal platforms Analyze drop rates &amp; funnels across the customer journey - Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media Ads/Google Ads/Display creatives/Content that help to achieve e-Business revenue goals - Work closely with the Analytics team to develop tracking of campaigns/creatives/Content that help to build specific segments / audience profile to sharpen the creative messaging and communication - Monitor the company's social media accounts viz Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, , Facebook, and others - Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and offer daily reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary improvement to the digital marketing plan to generate business - Manage social media and native advertising expense budgets as per business requirements - Develop monthly reports on social media performance e that will be submitted to the management and executive teams - Measure &amp; Analyze to Establish ROI of marketing campaigns viz Audience Growth, Audience Profile, Audience Engagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Leads, Response Rate and Quality, Negative Feedback Content Management Duties - Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content. - Identify and content across all dimensions (Banners, Videos, Native, Articles, Info graph, Listicle, Photo series, emerging concepts) - Create a regular publishing schedule. - Leverage the right tools to manage your content - Implement a content calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives - Periodically promote content through social advertising/native advertising Ensure 100% achievement media e-business budget on New Business and Cost of Acquisition and traffic MBA or Mass comm graduate is preference - Exceptional multi-tasking skills - Able to explain complex Campaign/media data in an understandable way - Strong problem solving skills - Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Adobe Media Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, Display Doubleclick and Google Display Network. Certification from Google is added advantage - Knowledge of Facebooks advertising platform is required (FB Blueprint certification) - Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) - Experience with technologies and best practices for creative/content design &amp; production, and across multiple platforms - Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience - Excellent analytical and time-management skills - Strong project management skills with ability to supervise multiple project
