Roles and responsibilities: - Define the go-to-market strategy for the retail products of insurance like Travel, Health, PA, Auto etc. - Should focus on increasing team performance by forming an effective performance matrix - Designing initiatives for agent engagement and customer engagement models - Driving targets for increasing sales and overall performance - Designing innovative rewards and recognition program to increase team motivation - Creating an expansion strategy for the vertical - Manage the Channel Strategy for the business - Contribute to re-designing the product and processes - Managing the management information systems, preparing dashboards Experience: Atleast 7-13 years in handling critical and strategy roles Insurance candidates preferred Education: Full time Masters Degree from Tier 1 institute in mandatory
