Tata AIG - Head - Call Centre - Digital Business/Marketing (3-7 yrs)
This position is based out of outsourced call center Mumbai and would be responsible would managing entire call center setup. The candidate will be responsible for the team assigned to him and for deliverables as per the business targets communicated.
- The role holder is responsible for deliverables of the team
- The role holder is responsible for Target on up gradation / cross sell of different products
- This role holder is responsible for quality of business his team is sourcing
- Person will be accountable for Control on cancellation/active business of the team month on month
- Minimum 3- 4 years of experience as a Manager or equivalent position in Call center with relevant experience in General insurance or Life insurance preferred
- Understanding of CRM, Dialer, LMS and other relevant technology
- Should have good knowledge of Analytical skills which helps to drive the numbers
- Strong Communication Skills (Hindi/English/Regional language will be added advantage)
- Ability to convince
- Sales Skills required.
- Minimum Qualification-Graduation required.
- Understanding of Digital Business
