Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited is an Indian general insurance company and a joint venture between the Tata Group and American International Group. Tata Group holds a 74 percent stake in the insurance venture with AIG holding the balance of 26 percent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Performance reviews with the sales teams
- Co-ordination / Driving the RPU coordinators Daily calls with RPU coordinators to track conversion progress, drive performance and solicit support wherever required.
- Producer Engagement- Engage with atleast 2 Producers on a daily basis to drive performance, understand challenges being faced and provide necessary support to drive conversion.
- Coordination with Extract and PT team to for RN and pricing related concerns.
- Regular engagement and meetings with the Call-center, Analytics, BIU and PT teams to drive business and new initiatives.
- Ensure Monthly business reviews with the Channel head/'s
- New Initiatives Drive new initiatives like upsell, business opportunity as per data insights
- Rewards and Recognition Design and launch Rewards and Recognition Programs for Sales/Producers to drive business.
