Brief Job Responsibilities: - Develop and execute recruiting plans for mid-senior level COE positions in Corporate Office - Coordinate with senior stakeholders to support their hiring plans - Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, Job Portals and employees. - Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements - Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process - Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives - Handle ongoing HR projects and initiate process improvement whenever required - Work with hiring managers to create JD - Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation - Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Desired Job Profile: - We are looking for MBA (Tier 2/ Tier 3 campus) candidates from Recruitment consultancy background only - The candidate should be well versed with job portals like Naukri, IIMJobs, Linkedin, etc. - Experience in handling critical/senior COE positions would be an added advantage - Candidates with prior experience handling insurance hiring would be given preference. However, we are open for those with recruitment experience in BFSI segment
