Job Responsibilities : - Would be responsible for multiple channel retention Business and handled a portfolio of more than 800 crores - Ensuring monthly retention targets are met and driving sales teams to meet the business numbers as per tollgate targets - Weekly concalls with all concerned teams and sharing data insights on opportunity areas - Monthly reviews with key stakeholders including sales, underwriting, operations to identify - Identifying potential business opportunities based on data analysis and sharing the same with field and callcentre team - Keeping a tab on competition and industry best practices and emulating the same for internal processes - Monthly meeting with producers to identify support requirements and also setting performance expectations - Ensuring all key stakeholder (customers, producers, channel partners) are provided the best of the support and help in fostering a long term association with them. - Some of the Key deliverable would include : a. Meeting overall channel retention targets, b. Achieving 1st year renewals targets c. Ensuring online retention target for each channel is met d. Data enrichment on customer contactibility Experience and skill set : - 15 years experience in sales field (a large part of it should be in GI industry) - Proven track record managing pvt car agency business in a prominent GI company - Should have handled a sizeable business portfolio and field team - Ability to set challenging targets, chart out effective plan of action and ensuring desired goals are met. - Understanding of callcentre functioning would be a added advantage - Very strong understanding of key profitability metrics including LR, COR, P&L etc
