TATA AIA - Senior Role - Online Distribution Sales (10-12 yrs)
- Sales delivery - ensure sales plan achievement for the year for digital partnerships
- Strengthen post login process to improve issuance & provide confidence to sales & service team at PB
- Plan and execute tactical interventions (training, agent/TL level engagements, R&R etc) to shore up seller mindshare towards TATA
- Manage existing processes for seamless issuance
- Provide deep analysis on regular basis for partners business and provide solutions for improving the quality and profitability (includes trends, forecasting and planning)
- Manage Partners Commercials along with Finance
- Manage existing and new IT projects for the channel
- Supervise Operational & transactional issues
- Data support in review and Mgmt presentations
- Onboard new WA/ Online brokers -
(i) Identify potentially significant new WA/ Online brokers and onboard them
(ii) work with IT teams to create intuitive & integrated customer journeys that offers frictionless customer experience & speed to market
- Adhoc - Commission management, Channel Hiring, Training for sales team, Marketing support for partners etc.
