Objectives :


1. Responsible for preparing financial statements and consolidation of MIS for various Business Entities. P&L Statements, Financial Analysis and Reporting

2. Preparing, Analyzing and tracking of AOP and accordingly preparing business case for CAPEX

3. Do Analysis and Valuation Benchmarking for Mergers and Acquisitions

4. Assist / prepare month end / Quarter End / year end reports / reviews / analysis.

Major Deliverables :

1. Perform first line review of financial statements of Group subsidiaries as per IndAS/ IFRS / applicable GAAP.

2. Prepare financial statements and consolidated MIS for more Business Entities

3. Complete investment impairment testing; roll over and check group goodwill impairment model

4. Review account balances and highlight differences / deviations to business

5. Liaise with respective business units for queries, seeking information / details relevant for financial preparation

6. Evaluate / review audit queries, discuss with respective business units and provide resolution

7. Liaise with Group auditors for any queries / information required and resolve in a time bound manner

8. Review month end intergroup balances and raise queries with respective business units and provide resolution

9. Do Analysis and Valuation Benchmarking for Mergers and Acquisitions

10. Assist / prepare month end / year end reports / reviews / analysis

11. Supervise team, ensure team is adequately trained

12. Supporting the team for on job guidance , Job allocation, review and closure

Essential Attributes :

1. Financial Planning

2. P&L Statements, Financial Analysis and Reporting

3. Consolidation of units MIS and variance Analysis

4. Capex Analysis

5. Valuation of Companies -Impairment, etc.

Desirable Attributes :

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant only

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Proficient in Excel, Word , other relevant financial tools

4. Knowledge of other accounting software and Advance Excel

5. SAP an added advantage

Qualifications : CA (CA Firm experience is preferred )
