Roles and Responsibilities: - Close monitoring of the operational metrics across Labs with close ground operation involvement to prevent deviation. - Defining the TAT for various Lab ops legs and simulating the same for load variation - Lead daily planning of lab ops including supply chain management. - Create and lead the implementation of SOPs for better metric traceability. - Build a robust system of checks and balances for Lab operations and lead the implementation of pan India for optimization projects. - Prepare business cases for the improvements needed in the supply chain. - Establish and maintain business standards for reliability, Trustworthy, and Convenient serviceability model. - Drive Quality service & Quality metrics like TAT, Machine Uptime, and Breach. 2. Skills Required: - Analytical problem solver and solution design capability. - High data centricity and ability to drive metrics / sub-metrics improvements. - Process improvement mindset. - Effective communicator with good people skills and stakeholder management. - Impactful team player with high learning agility and ownership. - Knowledge of advanced excel must, Tableau preferable. What we are looking for: Experience required - 3yrs+ experience in relevant supply chain and 5yrs+ overall work experience. Qualification required - Engineering from a reputed tier 1 or tier 2 institute & MBA in Operations preferred. Industry Preference : E-commerce Industry. Why Join Us?
