TATA 1mg - Business Analyst (1-3 yrs)
Purpose of the Role:
We at 1mg are looking for Business Analyst who will be instrumental in building successful products by analyzing sales and clickstream trends, supporting the product development process, and leveraging data to uncover user insights. and improving decision-making for the products, operations, and business.

Key responsibilities of the role holder:
- Develop project plans and manage individual tasks to meet short and long-term goals
- Build dashboards to track and analyze product, ops and business metrics
- Creation and presentation of reports on user trends, behavior, and product engagement
- Proactively identify product pain points and opportunities from the data
- Support ad-hoc analyses to inform roadmap decisions
- Work with engineers and product managers to solve pressing issues and build new features

- Strong analytical skills, organization skills and attention to detail
- Diligent and consistent ability to follow-through on long, comprehensive projects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and proactively offering business recommendations and enhancements through analysis of various data sources
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- 1+ years of experience in product/business analysis or background in a quantitative field
- (Good to have) Familiarity using Python and Experience with Google Analytics
