TATA 1mg is an initiative taken in the spirit of public service with a vision to empower Indian consumers and caregivers to select the most appropriate healthcare service at the best possible price Key Responsibilities : - Identify and develop strategic partnerships with external organizations, businesses, and stakeholders to enhance our market presence and expand our network - Hunting and farming partner (Maintaining relationships) to executing exciting partnership solutions with existing partners/accounts - Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy - A basic understanding of impactful brand partnerships/alliances like bank/wallets, commission-based, and barter-based Partnerships will be a plus Developing daily/weekly/monthly metrics, data analysis to measure ROI from partnerships Hands on experience on data, operations & good communication skills (must have). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define partnership goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with overall business objectives Eligibility Criteria : - Minimum 3 years of experience required with a bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making - Demonstrated understanding of partnership strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends Why Join Us ?
