Tarsan MVAS - Business Head - Sales (5-8 yrs)
- Experienced in handling Sales for Mobile Affiliate Marketing - Domestic / International
- Experienced in CPI/ Mobile Affiliate MKTG/ Programmatic Media Buying/ Bid Management
- Should have proven record in negotiation & management of online media campaigns
- Should have knowledge of ad-serving technologies
- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, & decision-making skills, & the ability to multi-task, work under pressure & work well independently and in a team setting
- Should have relationships with Intl Advs, Agencies, Affiliates & Pubs
- Should have existing relationship with direct Advertisers, App owners, Agencies, premium affiliates & networks
- Should have proven record in negotiation & sales management
- Experience in campaign management
- The candidate should be able to get direct clients every month, maintain relationship, set-up campaigns and manage the client requirements. We have great delivery set up and can provide traffic from UnityAds, Appnext, Vungle, Chartboost, etc., various DSPs, premium affiliates and direct publishers.

- Business/ Reporting & Revenue Tracking/ Initiatives & Planning/ Lead & Motivate Team/ Relationship Management/ Billing/ Collections/ Hiring & Recruitment
- Planning, setting up & achieving revenue targets for the CPI division
- Manage team and ensure the teams achieve targets and earn incentives
- Onboard new relationships and improve quality of delivery with focus on media buying and fraud control
