We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Content Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business objectives, drives engagement, and ultimately increases lead generation and customer conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy that aligns with our brand identity, business goals, and target audience
- Create, edit, and manage a diverse range of content, including Youtube videos, blog posts, newsletters, infographics, social media updates, ebooks, case studies, white papers, webinars, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, customer success, and other marketing teams, to produce relevant and high-quality content that addresses our audience's needs and pain points
- Establish and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely publication of content across all channels
- Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant KPIs and tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to continuously refine our content marketing approach
- Oversee content distribution across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and our company website
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and journalists to amplify our content reach and increase brand visibility
Requirements
- 3+ years of content marketing experience in the SaaS industry
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions
- Familiarity with chatbot technology, AI, and customer experience trends is highly desirable
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
