Job Description Summary :

- As a Manager for trading at Target (Roundel) you will support Target's programmatic Trading team to help meet the needs of media businesses. Ensure trafficking and proper set up for all digital, display, social and programmatic/RTB platforms, monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure highest possible performance while effectively utilising the available inventory, reconcile tracking between internal and 3rd parties and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between servers, manage inventory forecasts and insights to campaign reporting & media planning teams, provide ad performance metrics and Inventory optimization and day-to-day data collection to analyze key trends and consistencies while working with 3rd party tracking tags and media assets and support the development of audience extension / development initiatives across display, mobile, video, and other formats.


- You will also be responsible for the optimization around ad operations efforts: creative standards, technology, latest innovations in measurement, viewability, process improvement, best practices, and provide continuous better monetization opportunities while always keeping in mind internal and external growth and profitability expectations. Also, setting up different campaigns and maintaining the revenue for publishers along with Profit margin would be a key focus area for you operate in.

About You :

- Must have a background working with trading desks, desktop and/or mobile digital media planning/buying tools, DSPs, SSPs, or Exchanges

- Have a core operational understanding of critical programmatic campaign components such as: brand safety guidelines, ad view ability, and filtering for suspicious and/or fraudulent media activity

- Be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize & manage time efficiently and be able to work effectively under pressure

- Engage consistently with the partners & stakeholders to better understand their needs and drive solutions based on those needs

- Responsible to manage the shift work assignments & team bandwidth

- Report on the shift hours key performance indicators, bandwidth utilization and deliverables

- Managing work triaging and shifts you will be the first point of contact for the partners and stake holders for any trading related queries which includes process, QA, platform troubleshooting etc.,

- Manage work queue and ensure first level support is delivered during the shift hours

- Involve actively in automation / product / workflow related discussion with manager and contribute towards process improvisation

- Participate in training & development planning program for new hires.

- 70% people management & 30% process, bandwidth management

- Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail - resourceful and self-motivated

- Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure

- Demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
