TaraSpan - Account Director - Twentify (10-20 yrs)
Introduction :
Twentify (www.twentify.com) is a consumer research company allowing brands to collect in-the-moment insights by reaching consumers around the world.
Twentify's mobile crowdsourcing platform connects businesses to smartphone users for the purpose of outsourcing field tasks (market research, product reviews, user feedback, etc.) Using the mobile consumer panel, brands can learn their target audience's behavior and thoughts, and receive feedback on their products, marketing and brand initiatives.
As an Account Director, your responsibilities will be as follows :
- New Client Acquisition
- Managing client relations
- Representing company in local and national events, organizations etc.
- Preparing research project proposals
- Collaborating with the client's marketing and research teams
- Creation and development of research methods and questionnaires based on the need of the client
- Preparing reports with valuable insights to be presented to clients
- Providing clients with actionable recommendations to improve brand strategy
- Full project cycle management starting from proposals to reporting
We expect you to meet following requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in online quantitative market research methodologies
- Sales experience at a client-facing position
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Go-getter mindset
- Self-motivated with a business mindset
- Thrives to succeed
- Educational background in the field of market research is an advantage
- Being comfortable to work in a technology-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
