What Do we look for?

- Passion to build technology and working on the startup

- Proven track record of growing up the ranks in a fast-growing technology company

- Entrepreneurial experience of handling scale will be preferred (ex Tech Co-Founders / CTOs / CTO-1 level)

- Entrepreneurial mindset professional with Technically Hands-on, with deep-dive expertise in designing and developing real-time internet applications or high scale SAAS applications

- Excellent command over Data Structures and Algorithms

- Exceptional coding skills in an Object-Oriented programming language

- Strong problem solving, analytical, and leadership skills

- Experience in developing products with web technologies such as Node Js, React JS, Mongo, MySQL, React Native, Flutter, Kubernetes

What Will You Do?

- Set the vision for technology scale and own the mission

- Build and manage a great team

- Plan, conceptualize, develop and deploy our on-demand SAAS product

- Driving the adoption of best practices & lead code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions

- Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you can create

- Responsible for the complete architecture of the product, creating architectures & designs for new solutions around existing/new areas

- Decide technology & tool choices for your team & be responsible for them
