About The Role

Social Media Manager will manage the TapChief Brand Online. Someone who understands the mechanics of growing social channels consistently and has prior experience doing so would be ideal for the role. Whoever owns and drives social media for TapChief will be disciplined, a strong executor and a highly data-driven decision maker.

What youll do :

Responsibilities :

- Develop a social media strategy and calendar for the TapChief Social Media Channels

- Collaborate with the Content Team to develop content that is marketable and serves. key business goals (acquisition, engagement, sales etc)

- Take ownership of branding KPIs and bolster channel growth & performance improvement Week-on-Week

- Work with the product team to conceptualize and execute campaigns for product and feature launches

- Become a brand advocate in social media spaces (Twitter, Quora, Reddit etc), engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

- Report on the performance of social media channels and their impact on key business goals with structured briefs on monthly basis

- Source evangelists, influencers and content partnerships in the domain to co-create engaging campaigns in-line with the TapChief Brand

- Consistently monitor social media trends and tools for changes that affect our competitive landscape.

- Continuously improve by capturing, analyzing and optimizing appropriate metrics, insights and best practices.

What youll need || Requirements

- 3+ years of experience managing and growing the social media channels of a brand in a similar domain (SaaS, Professional Marketplace, Ed-Tech et al)

- Major brownie points for having grown any social media channel to 100,000 likes/followers/subscribers for a brand

- Preferably comes with an established network of influencers, evangelists, publishers on social media

- Strong communication skills in English

- Exceptional Copywriting skills with attention to detail, grammar, voice and tone.

- A Deep understanding of social media mechanics that bolster reach, engagement and conversions

- The ability to multitask, work cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute . campaigns with deadlines

- Excellent time management and people skills

- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, GA)

Salary offered: 6-10LPA
