Title: Delivery Head Experience: 14-16 years Position Responsibilities: - The role will require the candidate to provide leadership to Program Managers / Project Managers in running the delivery and operations with an aim to meet and excel Customer requirements and agreed metrics - Will have to work with the Sr. leadership team and achieve operational parameters. - Has to work closely with Sales and Pre-sales teams in a collaborative manner to grow the business and ensure the delivery function is proactive and runs successfully. - Conceptualize different service offerings &amp; solutions to the customer along with the relevant teams. Have skills to Design and review the automation framework / solution including all automation components, target applications, infrastructure and security design, other 3rd party components - HL and LL design of BOTs for specific processes - BOT estimations - Ensure the delivery of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts. - Introduce best practices in software development, agile methodologies and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate - Responsible for establishing operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities. - Ownership for competency building and complete responsibility &amp; ownership for Delivery excellence. Attributes: - Proven people management skills - Excellent oral and written communication &amp; Presentation skills - Experience of having implemented and successfully delivered projects to International customers - Excellent Customer Interfacing skills - Delivery of different kinds of projects including Fixed Price projects with SLA based delivery etc - Well-versed with quality management processes - Pre-sales exposure - Good project management, resource planning, monitoring and execution skills - Strong Operations Management Education: - MBA - Should have the required technical background and exposure to RPA
