Job Description: Who are we looking for? - 10+ years in a Product Management discipline in a tech-led company - Knowledge of business processes and strong Accounts and Inventory domain. - Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, with an emphasis on the early stages including Market Research and Analysis & Voice of Customer (VOC), Opportunity Assessment, Business Case development, Product Roadmap and Prioritization Development, and Ideation. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong knowledge of user centric design - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's Degree is required, master's in business management or CA inter preferred. Main Responsibilities Product Manager: - Led & developing high-quality products by fully understanding organizational/functional/departmental goals and strategies - Strong knowledge of Accounting and Inventory modules with intense emphasis on the completeness and correctness of solutions by focusing on business process automation. - Collaborate with the engineering team to come up with a great solution design & detailing for a module/release. - Participate in market communication strategy based on the audience of the release across channels and aligns cross functions. - Continuously lead the progress made in release/projects, risk mitigation, Product Roadmap and Prioritization Development, and Ideation - Lead the product roadmap, GoToMarket strategy by collaborating with marketing team - Build a strong team who understands the diverse behaviors of customers, their business practices, and product usage. And build the expertise in Accounting and Inventory modules
