Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager - Sales Operations


Function/Group: Business Development/Sales


Experience: 8+ years


Location: Delhi


What will you be doing?


- Develop an in-depth knowledge of TSPL's partner, products, policies and processes and utilize this knowledge to successfully lead Sales Support operations


- Create sales performance metrics for the zonal team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds targets


- Work with Zonal Head to create and maintain a world-class Sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of internal/partner sales people


- Work with Zonal Heads to create a strong business process and system to drive a highly profitable business


- Work with Zonal heads to implement the a good business hygienic business model in the zones


- Work with Sales RSMs to motivate and drive performance of the Sales Team


- Work closely with Zonal Head to drive strategy through discussions with Sales Team


- Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the Sales team


- Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team

operations


- Responsible for training and capabilities building of the sales team in the Zones with the help of Sales capability manager


- Drive length and depth of distribution in all modern and progressive with the help of the distribution manager


- Identify opportunities and weaknesses within regions and make proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency


- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, PM, and Business Group Heads) to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers


- Work closely with Marketing to create, implement, and track successful marketing campaigns


- Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition


- Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner


- To drive the planning, implementation and closure of HR processes like PMS, R&R etc. for internal sales people and for external sales people through the Sales Capability team


- Analyze performance data to provide assessments of trends, identify and explain variances from goals between periods and across the team, and to identify indicators of possible performance issues or challenges


- Use data and analytics to gain meaningful insights and enable more-effective decision-making


- Manage capacity planning by collaborating with Sales leadership on zonal planning, design, and optimization
