Role: Manager - Influencer Marketing Exp: 7+years Location: Bangalore Who are we looking for? - Good understanding of the organization's policies and processes especially related to customers, partners and employees - Knowledge on marketing concepts, markets and customer buying behavior - Good knowledge of Tally.ERP 9 along with advanced knowledge of MS Office - Good Networking / Interpersonal and Relationship building Skills - Collaboration and Persuasion Skills - Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Local) - Good Planning and Implementation skills What will you be doing? - Design initiatives for engagement of target audience namely CA, STP, Associations, Influencer etc, execute and put a mechanism to constantly iterate on same - Create Evangelization plans in line with the goals for building Tally's reputation for identified target audience (Customer, STP, Accountant) & geographies (India & International) - Resource Planning, Budgets, Activity Plan, Metrics, etc - Drive Digital engagement initiatives for Tally properties, enable stakeholders, collaborate for CA community, GST Pro portal etc - Develop and drive Evangelist eco system, scout for evangelist, nurture the community, handhold them as well ensure to help provide platform for Tally and Evangelist in product adoption - But the custodian of GTM for Evangelization for Product releases, work cross functionally on same for enablement and execution - Operate evangelization plan to achieve the quantitative and qualitative results
