Designation: General Manager- Talent Management Function/Group: Corporate Human Resources Experience: 18+ years What will you be doing? - Lead the Talent Management function at Tally - Provide a consolidated view of talent implications of company's strategy across function to the senior management - Understand the culture of the company and work on initiatives to drive the requisite alignment of the organization - Work towards Leadership development and IDP across the organization. Bring in the Culture of learning and work as an evangelizer to ensure that learning becomes a TallyWala's second habit - Drive values across the organization - Bring in Diagnostic intervention and provide a roadmap to bring up the employee engagement level quotient across the organization - Continuously improve on the competencies and skills and ensure appropriate plans for execution - The TM strategy should ensure looking into continuous improvement in the existing process and focus on enhancing experience and having the best methodologies of executing the same - Drive the learning calendar of the organization and take custody of all initiatives working closely with the function heads to identify business needs and challenges and recommend strategies in alignment with the CPO and management - Execute the leadership development strategy through a blend of formal classroom learning, online, coaching/mentoring, on-the-job development and other innovative practices - Ensure training programs are effective by evaluating system-wide quality, results and current learning strategies - Ensure all Functions of the organization are prepared to meet business objectives through effective change management (such as enhance and build organizational capabilities) - Implement HR strategies to achieve corporate goals with tangible measures of success - Engage with key business stakeholders to get a buy-in on new initiatives - Take ownership of Robust Induction plans for both Lateral and Fresh hires and introduce programs for creating good Talent pipeline - Work on Succession Planning and drive this as an initiative for adaption and adoption Who are we looking for? - 18+ years of solid HR experience with extensive experience in OD and Learning and Development - Ability to conceptualize, design and execute interventions for better employee engagement and outcomes - Substantial exposure to setting up L&D interventions and bring about an adoption of the Learning Culture - Strong understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and critical success factors - Experience with influencing and driving a Culture Change and Organization Development - Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed B School is preferred
