What will you be doing? - Driving the retail chains to look at the B2B business seriously with a long-term view - Forging strong relationships with OEMs which have synergies in reaching out to common customer types - Period tactical interventions which are innovative but practical - Driving a field team of 25+ Outlet Development Executives (ODEs) through the zonal teams - Handling the relationship with third party vendors who deploy manpower on the ground periodically as per requirements of the organization - Owning and driving the Tally Experience Zones (TEZ) to maximize visits, lead generation and closure - Guiding and reviewing the 4 Outlet Development Managers (ODMs) who are based out of the zones - Delightful customer experience throughout the partner network - Ease of access and visibility to prospects - Greater mind-share among the retail chains Who are we looking for? - Experience between 6-10 years - Excellent verbal & written communication skills - Experience in customer engagement - Good selling & negotiation skills - Enterprising personality - Ability to innovate - simple yet powerful interventions Experience in proactive lead generation techniques - Should preferably have completed a full-time MBA - Orientation to drive data driven decision - Willingness to travel 12-15 days a month across the country - Quick learner
