What is GTM? A go-to-market strategy is an action plan that specifies how a company will reach target customers and achieve competitive advantage. This role requires candidates to design, strategise, manage &amp; execute the organizational marketing activities and simultaneously conceptualize, design, execute &amp; manage national initiatives to reach out to the target customers more effectively &amp; efficiently. What will you be doing? - Drive GTM initiatives nationally by aligning with cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders.&nbsp; &nbsp;- Responsible for anchoring all product launches, validations and feedback with channelized efforts to build, sustain, measure and optimize strategic initiatives and execution of these initiatives.&nbsp; - Conceptualize and lead demand creation initiatives like campaigns, events, roadshows, partner/alliance GTM etc.&nbsp; - Drive initiatives/partnerships/campaigns such as digital marketing, ATL marketing campaigns and national drives - MSME day, CA day, Dhanteras drive, Compliance changes etc.&nbsp; - Identify key solution offerings to take to the market&nbsp; - Launch management and PLC management Who are we looking for? - Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills &nbsp;- Ability to coach and mentor partners &amp; experience in customer engagement&nbsp; &nbsp;- Good selling &amp; negotiation skills&nbsp; - Enterprising personality - Good knowledge of SME business &nbsp;- Experience in proactive lead generation techniques &nbsp;- Detailed product knowledge &nbsp;- Technical knowledge &amp; MS - Office skills is a must&nbsp; &nbsp;- Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams for implementation
