Profile:
- Only Delhi based candidate or people who have Delhi as their Native place
- 8-10 years of experience preferably in HRIS/ IT/ HR in cross cultural environment.
- Must Have: 4-5 years of relevant experience on managing Taleo
- Having expert configuration knowledge to support Taleo Recruitment.
- Should have hands on experience in TCC by creating and managing all integrations in SmartOrg, Recruitment, Transitions. TCC expertise is must.
- Proposing functional and technical solutions to the clients and addressing the issues and concerns to meet client expectation and consult them on the ongoing issues
- Having prior experience of deploying Taleo Recruitment for major organizations globally.
- Having expert knowledge in managing security to ensure users have appropriate access and/or rights to system functionality and programs.
- Assist in the gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation of business and/or technical needs and translates these into requirements for Performance Appraisal/Objective campaigns and Recruiting requirements.
- Coordinating with Oracle support to get them involved in any of the abnormality in the tool.
- Define, develop HR Data and Analytics reporting from using different reporting solutions, OBIE, OTBI.
- Prior experience of configuration and deployment on CSOD and Fusion will be an added advantage.
- Very Good Communication Skills
- University graduate is a must.

Nice to have:
- SQL, PHP, SAP experience.
