Looking for a Talent Supply Chain Specialist as a co-founder in HRTech startup founded by IIT IIM Alum

Ideal Profile:

- Optimal mix of experience in talent supply chain, enterprise sales and marketing

- Must have prior experience of leading the Talent Supply Chain practice in a leading IT Services company

- Must be very well connected in the top IT Services Enterprises

- Great relationships in the HR space with CXOs

- Must understand the nuances in the internal talent supply chain while servicing client project requirements

- Must have at least 10 years of overall experience

Role and Responsibilities:

- Shaping up the product as a Talent Supply Chain domain expert

- Generate demand through various channels

- Devise and execute innovative GTM to cater Medium and Large Enterprises in IT Services space

- Build and manage the network of channel partners to drive product sales

About Kimberlite :

Kimberlite is an IIT IIM alumni venture. It was started as an Outbound Recruitment Automation Platform in HRTech space. We are currently pivoting from recruitment to skill management space. In the same context, we are looking for an Enterprise Sales leader in HRTech B2B SaaS products.

Please note that this is going to be an equity-based role. If you are looking out purely with a short-term intent of compensation revision, then this is NOT the right opportunity for you.
