Talent Specialist - Learning & Development - Global Investment Firm (1-4 yrs)

- We are looking for a bright and insightful candidate to join as a Senior Specialist on our Hyderabad-based Talent Development team. 


- This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function. The candidate will collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners and other key stakeholders to play an active role in the firm's talent development.

- Core work responsibilities will include end-to-end program management, strategy generation to address learning needs, vendor management, data analysis and reporting, and opportunities to lead projects independently. 


- Additionally, the candidate will gain exposure to various facets of the training processes and an opportunity to gain strategic talent development expertise from high-caliber colleagues in a collegial environment.

- The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Human Resources with 1-4 years of work experience and a record of academic success. 


- Passion for the talent development domain, excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to learn quickly, and keen attention to detail are required. 


- Knowledge of MS Excel is an added plus. Candidates who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment will excel in this role. An educational background in psychology or sociology is beneficial, but not mandatory.
