Problem solve with them on what is working well and what should be looked into - Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand the business dynamics and evolve strategies that are in line with the business requirements - Keep a watch on the cost impact of the sourcing mix in order to be most efficient while being effective in closing the positions.
