Talent Manager - HR - Manufacturing (8-10 yrs)
Key roles :
1. Lead & design people development interventions to develop and engage talent across the organization.
2. Create programs to build leadership pipeline and provide platform for leadership development.
3. Create programs that are designed to effectively develop and retain high-performing employees. Identify the pulse of the organization and suggest interventions for retention and engagement of talent.
4. Identify next gen leaders through Structured Talent Identification Process.
5. Identify successors for key & critical roles through Talent review process.
6. Lead development program for Identified STARS and high potential employees
Skillset :
1. Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with stakeholder management
2. Hands-on experience of implementing leadership development program
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent Analytical & Problem Solving skills
Education Qualification:
MBA-HR with 8-10 Yrs of Experience
