Talent Manager - FMCG (4-10 yrs)

Company: Established in 1948, headquartered in Mysore, India. The Group began as an Incense manufacturing company and now has business activities in Personal Care, Flavors/Fragrances, Electronics, Essential Oils, Defence technology & manufacturing etc.

Position: Talent Manager for FMCG business.

Job Location: Headquarter-Mysore (Should be open to travel to Bangalore whenever required 2 days a week)

SCOPE OF POSITION - 

- Stakeholder Management (Sales Force - Talent Hiring & Exits, Training, Appraisals, Induction, Talent Engagement, Reports and Analysis to all functional stakeholders in the business) - 50%

- Strategic Field Force HR (Handling KRAs, Effective Utlization of resources as per field force organization structure, Strategic Employee Communication) - 40%

HR Operations - 10%

RESPONSIBILITIES - 

- Talent Acquisition & Management - HR planning & Recruitment, Partnering with functional heads to facilitate higher productivity & optimization of resources

- Development of appropriate organization structures with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and manpower requirements to HR Operations

- Staff movement, attrition and vacancies and talent hiring of field resources within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method

- Field force - Recruitment and Selection, Induction planning & execution review with HR Operations team

- Training & Development: Induction Training Presentations with schedules, Sales & Development team orientation, Training and Development programs implementation & Evaluation, Monitoring effectiveness of training programs

- Performance appraisal & Job evaluation of field resources: Appraisals of field force team, KRAs, Scrore card input, periodic feedback

- Appraisal recommendations, Increments, Promotions along with Training needs Identification & Assessment for HR Operations

- Execute the HR Process & Policies, SOPs, Standing Orders across the Sales team

- Coordination with Sales Force Automation regarding Time & Attendance of field force

- Statutory Compliances - Knowledge & Awareness to suppot the field force in time
