Talent Management Role - Life Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We have very urgent HR position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location
BASE LOCATION - Mumbai ( South Mumbai )
OFFERED CTC - 12lac to 17lac pa ; depending upon current CTC.
POSITION - HR - Talent Management
REPORTING - Head Talent Management
SPAN OF CONTROL : Pan INDIA ; Corporate role.
INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE:- ( Generalist end to end HR BP role )
Accountability :
- Support the design and execution of internal Development Assessment Centres
- Talent Identification Process and Roll Out Leadership Development Programs
- Conduct Talent Council and follow through for the MOM
- Support the roll-out of various Talent Management initiatives and projects like Succession Planning
- Facilitate and roll out of Awards
- Bring all insights from Engagement Surveys and share with the Function Heads
- Expense management and tracking, reporting and analysis, and process management
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Work experience :
- 2-7 years of experience in core Talent Management, Talent Assessment, and Leadership Development areas. (Talent Management Experience is a must).
Qualification : MBA HR / Equivalent.
